Lenae Schwartz, NCIDQ, IIDA

Principal Interior Designer

As a Principal of Arise Design Partners, Lenae provides design leadership and helps shape the vision and direction of the studio. With decades of interior design experience, she brings a depth of creative, business, and client experience that informs both the work of the studio and the way clients experience the design process.

Lenae’s experience spans workplace, hospitality, commercial, and residential environments. She is known for seeing both the larger vision and the details that bring it to life—translating a client’s goals, culture, and aspirations into cohesive environments that feel intentional, distinctive, and enduring.

Central to Lenae’s approach is client strategy. She works closely with clients to look beyond immediate design needs, helping identify priorities, uncover opportunities, and establish a clear vision for what a space should accomplish. Her ability to listen, interpret, and guide allows her to transform abstract ideas into thoughtful design solutions that balance aesthetics, function, experience, and long-term value.

Within Arise, Lenae plays an active role in design leadership and the creative direction of the studio, encouraging collaboration, thoughtful exploration, and a high standard of design across projects. Her extensive experience, entrepreneurial perspective, and intuitive understanding of people and place help shape interiors that are not only beautiful, but meaningful, relevant, and deeply connected to those who use them.
